Introduction
One of the strong motivations for travel for many matured tourist markets is Wine! This has emerged in 20th century and growing with increasing popularity of wine. It includes the participating in harvests, tasting, consuming and purchase of wine, often at the sourc and allows the traveller to make a true immersion in the history, aroma, and flavours of viticulture to embark on a journey to the world of wines. This course aims at comprehensively covering wine as a motivation, its all aspects from vineyards & wineries to aging, smelling, tasting and appreciating the terroir and many more. At the end of the course, the participant will be an expert on wines and talk about it and even guide a group tour to vineyard and winery.
